"One of the best online courses I have attended” Marina B P, Yoga Teacher & Sports Science Lecturer

In this course we explore in detail the anatomy and physiology of our incredible bodies applied to practising and teaching yoga.

Each topic we delve into is related directly back to the yoga asana practice.

There is a strong focus on using this knowledge of anatomy and physiology to make asana practices as inclusive as possible.

Time is dedicated to explore how to communicate with and support students who come to class with common injuries and conditions.

There are dedicated yoga practices throughout the course to ensure full integration of the knowledge.

The course is on demand with lifetime access so that you can begin whenever you are ready and work at your own pace.

There are monthly live group Zoom sessions where I will answer all of your questions.

The course is accredited by Yoga Alliance (US) and Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK).

The investment to join the course is $599 USD. You have the option to pay in six monthly instalments at no extra cost.

I offer a number of full scholarships to BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ teachers each year. There are also a number of spaces available at a 50% discount for teachers who are genuinely unable to meet the full financial investment. Contact me to discuss these options.

If you complete module 1 within 30 days of enrolling and are not happy with your investment you can request a full refund.
